Chapter 5.68 FIREWORKS
Section 5.68.010 Authority and purpose.
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of UCA Chapter 11-3,
as amended,
for the purposes of regulating the sale, exposure for sale, use or distribution of fireworks
within Vernal City in order to provide for the safety of its residents. (Prior code § 11-18-001)
