Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2011-12 on 05/18/2011, Section 5.68.010 read as follows.
This chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of UCA Chapter 11-3
and Sections
10-8-87 and 10-8-84, as amended, for the purposes of regulating the sale, exposure for
sale, use or distribution of fireworks within Vernal City in order to provide for the safety
