It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for retail sale, or to discharge any fireworks in Vernal City other than those defined in subsections A and C through E of Section 5.68.020. Fireworks shall not be sold to any person under the age of sixteen (16) years unless accompanied by an adult. (Prior code § 11-18-003)
