Section 5.68.030 Sale or use.

Except as provided in Section 5.68.130 of this Chapter, it is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for retail sale, or to discharge any fireworks in Vernal City other than those defined as Class C Common State approved explosive as found in UCA 53-7-202 (5(a)) . Fireworks shall not be sold to any person under the age of sixteen (16) years unless accompanied by an adult. (Prior code § 11-18-003)
