A.    Fireworks may be sold on or between June 20 and July 25; or between December 20 and January 2; and fifteen (15) days before and on the Chinese New Year;

    B.    Fireworks may be discharged three (3) days prior to, on the day of, and three (3) days following July 4, July 24, and January 1, and the Chinese New Year.

    C.    It is unlawful to sell or discharge fireworks except as above provided. (Prior code § 11-18-005)
