Section 5.68.050 Authorized sale and use.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2011-12 on 05/18/2011, Section 5.68.050 read as follows.
A. Fireworks may be sold on or between June 20
26
and July 25
26
; or between
December 20
26
and January 2

; and fifteen (15)
three (3)
days before and on the Chinese
New Year;
B. Fireworks may be discharged three (3) days
prior to, on the day of, and three (3)
days following July 4, July 24, and January 1, and the
beginning on June 26 and ending
on July 26 and on December 31 and January 1 and the day before and on
Chinese New
Year.
C. It is unlawful to sell or discharge fireworks except
