Section 5.68.080 License - Application - Content.

    All applications for a license to sell fireworks from approved temporary stands shall:
    A.    Be made in writing, accompanied by a fee of one hundred fifty (150) dollars per stand per year. The fee shall apply to business operations maintained primarily for the sale of fireworks;
    B.    Include for delivery to the City Recorder insurance certificates evidencing bodily injury coverage in favor of the applicant in the amount of one million (1,000,000) dollars/three million (3,000,000) dollars; and property damage in favor of the applicant in the amount of one million (1,000,000) dollars, designating the City as an additional insured. The insurance certificate shall include a minimum of five hundred thousand (500,000) dollars product liability coverage;
    C.    Include a statement that the applicant agrees to comply strictly with the terms of any license granted and to furnish any additional information upon request;
    D. Include a sales tax permit. (Prior code § 11-18-008)
