Section 5.68.092 Location.

All fireworks stand locations:

A. Shall occur at the location designated on the business license;

B. Shall not be granted on any property which is not zoned for commercial business activity except as provided for in the temporary merchant section of this Chapter;

C. Shall have paved parking in accordance with Chapter 16.26.230 providing one space for each employee and five spaces for customers;

D. Shall provide access to the property and parking area from a public street and shall not encroach on any neighboring properties for access or for parking
