Handling and sale of fireworks shall be in compliance with the Minimum Rules and Regulations for Fire and Life Safety in the Retail Storage, Handling and Sale of Class C" Fireworks, as established by the State Prevention Board pursuant to the Utah Rule-Making Act, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the Vernal City Recorder.
