Chapter 5.68 FIREWORKS
Section 5.68.130 Public display--When permitted.
Vernal City, notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter to the contrary
may,
upon application in writing, upon posting of a suitable bond,
and in accordance with UCA
11-3-3.5, 53-7-202, and 53-7-223,
grant a permit for the public display of fireworks. After
such permit has been granted, sales, possession, use and distribution of fireworks for such
display shall be lawful for that purpose only. (Prior code § 11-18-013)
