Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES
Section 5.72.040 Obscenity
Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, nothing in this Chapter shall be
deemed to permit or allow the showing or display of any matter which is contrary to the
provisions of the ordinances of the City of Vernal or other applicable federal or state
statutes prohibiting obscenity.
