Section 5.72.060 Zoning

It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to do business at any location within the City not zoned for such business. Sexually oriented businesses licensed as adult businesses, semi-nude entertainment businesses, semi-nude entertainment bars pursuant to this ordinance shall only be allowed in areas zoned I-1 Industrial. Businesses regulated by this ordinance shall not be located closer than 600 feet to each other and not closer than 600 feet to residences, religious facilities, schools, public parks, historic sites, medical facilities, day care centers, and any facility which is licensed for the sale or consumption of alcohol and must comply with all provisions of Section 16.15 of the Vernal City Municipal Code.
