Section 5.72.075 Exemption from license requirements.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any sex therapist or similar individual licensed by the State to provide bona fide sexual therapy or counseling, licensed medical practitioner, licensed nurse, psychiatrist, psychologist, in the performance of licensed professional services, nor shall it apply to any educator licensed by the State for bona fide educational activities in the classroom
