Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES
Section 5.72.080 Employee
A. It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business
to employ, or for any individual
to be employed by a sexually oriented business in the capacity of a sexually oriented
business employee, unless that employee first obtains a sexually oriented business
employee license. B. No license shall be granted to any
applicant if the applicant has a
conviction or plea of no contest to any of the "specified criminal acts" as defined in
5.72.050 and within the following time periods:
1. For a misdemeanor criminal
charge, two (2) years prior to the application date;
or,
2. For a conviction or plea of
no contest to a felony criminal charge five (5) years
prior to the application date to any of the specified criminal acts
