Section 5.72.080 Employee

    A.    It is unlawful for any sexually oriented business to employ, or for any individual to be employed by a sexually oriented business in the capacity of a sexually oriented business employee, unless that employee first obtains a sexually oriented business employee license.    B.    No license shall be granted to any applicant if the applicant has a conviction or plea of no contest to any of the "specified criminal acts" as defined in 5.72.050 and within the following time periods:
        1.    For a misdemeanor criminal charge, two (2) years prior to the application date; or,
        2.    For a conviction or plea of no contest to a felony criminal charge five (5) years prior to the application date to any of the specified criminal acts
