Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES

A. No sexually oriented business premises may operate or be licensed for more than one category of sexually oriented business, except that a business may have a license for both out call services and a semi-nude dancing agency on the same premises.

B. The categories of sexually oriented businesses are:

1. Adult bookstores and adult video stores;

2. Adult media theaters;

3 Adult theaters;

4 Escort services;

5. Semi-nude dancing agencies;

6 Semi-nude entertainment businesses;

7 Out call services; and,

8. Semi-nude entertainment bars.
