Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES
Section 5.72.110 License - Fees.
The annual fee for a sexually oriented business operator's license, whether
new or
renewal, is five hundred ($500) dollars. The annual fee for a sexually oriented business
employee license, whether new or renewal, is fifty ($50) dollars. These fees are to be
used to pay for the cost of the administration and enforcement of this ordinance.
