Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES
Section 5.72.140 License - Single Location
A. It is unlawful to conduct business under a license issued pursuant
to this Chapter at
any location other than the licensed premises.
B. It is unlawful for a sexually oriented business to do business
under any name other
than the business name specified in the application.
