Chapter 5.72 BUSINESS REGULATION SEXUAL ORIENTED BUSINESS AND EMPLOYEES
Section 5.72.230 Existing business - compliance time limits
A. The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable
to all persons and businesses
described herein, whether the herein described activities were established before or after
the effective date of the provision codified in this Chapter and regardless of whether such
person and businesses are currently licensed to do business in the City.
1. All such persons and businesses requiring out call
service licenses shall have 45
days from the effective date of the ordinance codified in this Chapter, or until their
current license expires, whichever is first in time to comply with the provision of this
Chapter.
2. All semi-nude dancing agency licenses shall have 75
days from the effective date
of the ordinance codified in this Chapter or until their current license must be renewed,
whichever is first in time to comply with the provisions of this Chapter.
3. All adult businesses and semi-nude entertainment businesses
shall have one
hundred thirty-five (135) days from the effective date of this ordinance codified in this
Chapter, or until their current license must be renewed, whichever is first, to comply with
the provisions of this Chapter.
