Section 6.04.010 Purpose.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.010 read as follows.
The ordinance codified in this title is for the purpose of protecting and providing
for
the health, safety, comfort and convenience of the City and its inhabitants including the
