Section 6.04.040 Animal at large.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.040 read as follows.
"Animal at large" means any domesticated animal, whether or not licensed,
not under
restraint as defined in Section 6.04.090
and excluding those animals in the performance
of their duties as defined in Section 6.04.2
