Chapter 6.04 PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS
Section 6.04.060 Animal Control Officer.
"Animal Control Officer" means the person or persons
as provided in this Title hired
by the City
to enforce provisions of this title, including the
issuance of citations,
and
the
perform
ance of
field operations for the safety and well-being of City inhabitants including
its animals, and the performance of
other related duties
as directed by the City
