Section 6.04.060 Animal Control Officer.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.060 read as follows.
"Animal Control Officer" means the person or persons as provided
in this Title hired
by the City appointed by the Chief of Police to enforce provisions of this title,
including
the issuance of citations, collection of licensing and permit fees and
the
perform
ance of
field operations for the safety and well-being of City inhabitants including its animals,
and the performance of other related duties as directed by the City. (CC § 08-10-003
