Section 6.04.062 Animal cruelty.

    "Animal cruelty" means the act of making an animal, domestic or wild,  suffer by maiming, torturing, putting the life of the animal at risk, or in the case of domesticated animals, not providing proper food, shelter and water.  Cruelty includes the use of animals, domesticated or wild, for bait.
