Section 6.04.090 Animal under restraint.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.090 read as follows.
"Animal under restraint" means any animal under the control of its
owner or person
having charge, care, custody of the animal. or control. An animal dog shall
not be
considered under control of the owner unless on a leash or lead, confined within a vehicle
or within the real property limits of the owners. (CC § 8-10-003 (7))
