Chapter 6.04 PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS
Section 6.04.091 Authorized agent.
"Authorized agent" means any person, partnership, corporation, or
any other type of
entity or association having custody of or keeping one or more animals for the owner of
the animal. An authorized agent may owner release an animal to the City on behalf of the
owner.
