Section 6.04.110 Cat.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.110 read as follows.
"Cat" means any age feline over the age of four (4)
months of the domesticated types.
Any "cat" under the age of four (4) months is a kitten. (CC § 08-10-003 (9))
