Section 6.04.130 Dog.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.130 read as follows.
"Dog" means any canis familaris over four (4) months of age of the
domestic type. Any
canis familaris under four (4) months of age is a puppy. (CC 08-10-003 (11))
