Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.04.140 read as follows.

"Domesticated animals" means animals accustomed to living in or about the habitation of man, including, but not limited to cats, dogs, rabbits, fowl, horses, sheep, cattle, llama, emus, ostriches, mules, swine and goats. (CC § 08-10-003 (12))(Ord. No. 96-04, Amended, 02/07/96)
