Section 6.08.020 Animal Control Officer - duties.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.08.020 read as follows.
The Animal Control Officer shall:
A. Enforce the provisions of this title as providedthis
title and perform other
responsibilities pursuant hereto;
B. Provide a monthly activity report of all activities
and submit the same to the City
Council, as well as any other report the City Council may deem necessary;
C. See that all animals and animal holding facilities
in his jurisdiction are licensed,
contracted and permitted in accordance with any applicable ordinance and/or regulations.
D. Issue citations for violations of provisions as defined
in this title. (CC § 08-10-005)
