Chapter 6.08 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT
Section 6.08.032 Animal shelter manager - duties.
The shelter manager shall:
A. Enforce the provisions of this title as provided;
B. Provide a monthly activity report of shelter activities
and submit the same to the
City Council, as well as any other report the City Council may deem necessary.
C. Supervise and manage all shelter operations including,
but not limited to,
supervision of all shelter employees, care of shelter animals, disposition of all shelter
animals, record keeping, and program development.
D. Be responsible for the disposition of animals, determination
of adoptability,
placement and holding time of impounded animals.
