Section 6.08.050 Court orders - filing - notice and procedures.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2005-15 on 10/05/2005, Section 6.08.050 read as follows.
Unless modified by the court, court orders shall be filed according to the following
minimum notice and procedure:
A. The Animal Control Officer or his authorized representative
, or shelter manager
shall petition the court for the desired action.
B. The petition for the action, together with supporting
affidavits, shall be served on
the party against whom the action is taken at least five (5) days prior to the hearing. (CC §
