Any person violating the provisions of this title shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1.16 of this code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such. (CC § 08-10-002)
