Chapter 6.12 ANIMAL CONTROL REGULATIONS GENERALLY
Section 6.12.010 Care and maintenance.
It shall be unlawful for any person to not provide any animal in his charge
or custody,
as owner or otherwise, with adequate food, drink, care and shelter. (CC § 08-10-016 (3))
