Section 6.12.020 Physical abuse and cruelty.
It is unlawful for any person to wil
l
fully or maliciously kill, maim, disfigure, torture,
beat with a stick, chain or club or any other object, mutilate, burn or scald, overdrive or
otherwise cruelly set upon any animal. Each offense shall constitute a separate violation.
