If the owner of any dog(s) is found to be in violation of this title on three (3) or more different occasions during any twelve (12) month period, the Animal Control Officer may seek a court order pursuant to Section 6.08.050, revoking for a period of up to one (1) year any dog license(s) such person may possess and providing for the Animal Control Officer to pick up and impound any dog(s) kept by the person under such order. Any dog impounded pursuant to such an order shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this title for impounded animals, except that the person under this order of revocation, or any person occupying the same residence, shall not be allowed to redeem the dog under any circumstances; nor shall the dog be allowed to be maintained on the premises of the person under the order of revocation.
