Section 6.20.060 Recordkeeping.

     A.     The Animal Control Officer shall keep adequate records as listed below of all animals impounded:
             1.    A complete report of any complaint, if applicable;
             2.     A complete description of the animal, including sex, color, breed, and if available,  license  and rabies   numbers;
             3.     The date of impound;
             4.     The location of the impound and the name of the officer impounding  the animal;
     B.    The shelter manager shall keep adequate records as listed below of all animals impounded.
             1.    A complete description of the animal impounded or relinquished to the shelter, including license tag number, rabies number, color, breed and sex of the animal;
         2.     The date and manner of disposal;     3.     The name and address of the  person claiming, adopting, or fostering the animal, or the name of the 501c (3) organization to which the animal was released ;     4.     The name and address of any person relinquishing an animal to the animal shelter  ;     5.     All expenses accruing during impoundment  of an animal;
             6.    All contracts and compliance records pertaining to the disposition of the animal.
