Section 6.22.020 Animal shelter shall transfer only sterilized animals, or shall require a sterilization pre-payment.
Prior to the adoption of 99-03 on 05/10/1999, Section 6.22.020 read as follows.
A. An animal shelter may not transfer an animal that
has not been sterilized, except as
provided in Subsection (B).
B. An animal shelter may transfer an animal that has
not been sterilized only if the animal
shelter received from the recipient a sterilization deposit as provided under Section 6.22.030 of
