Section 8.04.040 Enforcement Officer.
Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2007-15 on 06/06/2007, Section 8.04.040 read as follows.
The Building Official
or the Zoning Compliance Officer
of Vernal City shall serve as an
enforcement officer for the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter.
