A.    Commercial and industrial properties located within Vernal City may receive garbage and waste matter collection service from  any private refuse collector who is properly licensed to do business within Vernal City.  All private refuse collectors shall comply with all local and State laws pertaining to the lawful and sanitary methods for hauling and disposing of garbage and solid waste matter.

    B.    Commercial and industrial property owners who desire to haul and dispose of their own garbage and waste matter shall conform with all Vernal City ordinances and resolutions pertaining to the lawful and sanitary methods in which garbage and solid waste matter can be hauled and disposed.
