Section 8.12.090 Commercial garbage containers--Location.

Large metal containers shall be equipped with full swivel wheels , shall be located on a hard surfaced area or location not on or within any road or public right-of-way, and shall be readily accessible to the garbage truck for collection . Such container area shall be kept clear of ice and snow. (Ord. 83-28 § 3 (2))
