Prior to the adoption of Ord. 2007-35 on 11/07/2007, Section 8.12.100 read as follows.

Lawn trimmings , ~~and~~ leaves , and garden waste shall be stored in containers as described in Section 8.12.060 and 8.12.080. Small shrub and tree trimmings ~~shall be tied in bundles~~ not to exceed four (4) feet in length and eighteen (18) inches in diameter. (Ord. 83-28 § 4)
