Section 8.16.040 Maintenance requirements

A. All portable chemical toilets shall be serviced daily with respect to sanitation, removal of contents and recharge of chemical solution and shall be located so as to be easily and readily serviced by servicing vehicles.

B. All portable chemical toilets shall be maintained in a sanitary condition at all times.
