Chapter 8.16 PORTABLE CHEMICAL TOILETS
Section 8.16.060 Outdoor events - location.
The applicant for a portable chemical toilet(s) used in conjunction with an outdoor
event shall provide to the City a diagram showing where such toilet(s) are to be located.
Approval by the City of such locations shall include issues of convenience to the patrons
of the event, health and safety.
