A.    Utah Code Annotated 1953, Section 10-3-913(1) and (2), as shall be amended from time to time, is adopted as a Vernal City ordinance.

    B.    The Police Chief shall consult and advise with the Mayor, and act with his approval on all matters pertaining to the Police Department not herein specifically provided for, and shall from time to time make such reports as the Mayor may require and shall annually make a report to the City Council of the state of affairs and conditions of the Police Department.
