A.    The Volunteer Fire Chief may, with the consent of the Mayor, organize and, from time to time, reorganize the Volunteer Fire Department.

    B.    The Volunteer Fire Chief may assign any subordinate officer or employee in the department to any duty which, in the judgment of the Chief, the good of the service may require, and may change such assignment from time to time whenever, in the judgment of the Chief, the good of the service requires.
