It is unlawful for any person to discharge any air gun, sparrow gun, flipper, BB gun, or any other contrivance of a similar nature which is capable of projecting a missile for a horizontal distance of fifty (50) feet or more, within the limits of Vernal City, except upon a place inspected and approved by the Chief of Police.
