It is unlawful for any person to operate a house of prostitution, a bawdy house, or to be in charge of or present in any house wherein prostitution, homosexuality, or any other sex acts are performed for hire. It is likewise unlawful for any person to induce another person to enter such a place for said unlawful purposes. (Added during 1993 recodification)
