Section 9.28.220 Anti-litter fencing requiredfor developments.

For any commercial development parcel exceeding 7000 square feet and any residential development exceeding four (4) residential units, the developer shall erect and maintain an anti-litter temporary fence with a minimum height of four (4) feet along the outside perimeter of the development site for the purpose of keeping all development litter and waste from encroaching on neighboring properties or outside the development site. The fencing shall be erected prior to any building or site development work being commenced.
