Chapter 9.32 MISCELLANEOUS CRIMINAL PROVISIONS


Section 9.32.060 Possession of synthetic marijuana prohibited.

    A.    It is unlawful for any person to knowingly and intentionally possess synthetic marijuana.
    B.    A violation of this section is a class B misdemeanor.
