Every person who shall carelessly, recklessly, or wilfully shoot, throw, toss, or propel a water balloon, missile or other object from any moving vehicle or who sprays, squirts, or otherwise ejects water, fluid or any other substance from any moving vehicle is guilty of a misdemeanor. The provision does not apply to any emissions from engines of vehicles incident to its operation. (Added during 1993 recodification)
