Section 9.32.200 Theft of Services.

    A.    It shall be unlawful for any person to obtain services which he knows are available only for compensation and attains the services by deception, force or any other means designated to avoid the due payment therefor.
    B.    It shall also be unlawful for a person who has ownership or possessory interest in property and knows that a service which has not been paid for is still available or has become available for use on or at the property, knows or has reason to know that any person with access to the property is using or may use the service and fails to notify the provider of the service or law enforcement within ten (10) days that the service is available.
